Sales & shipping Policy:
RusTeak accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro and American Express (Through PayU Payment gateway). In addition to that you could also pay through Net Banking and Bank Transfer Option or Cash Deposit Option to the RusTeak bank account. For Cash deposit option above Rs.2, 00,000 you are required to submit a copy of your PAN card as per the government’s regulations. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Order Cancellations Policy:
An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the workshop (after placing the order). Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our helpline number. We will issue store credits for orders that are successfully canceled. Please note that incase of bespoke/ customized products tailor-made for your requirements, cancellation / alterations requests post 24 hours of placing the order will not be possible. We would urge the customer to proactively connect with us in case of the above so that all reasonable and necessary steps can be taken into consideration. Also please note that the timelines mentioned are indicative and while every attempt would be made to deliver the product/s to you within the defined timelines, however in case of a reasonable delay due to supply chain issues/ unavailability, RusTeak will not be responsible, though we shall communicate the same to you at all points of time. In case of an order with multiple products, every attempt shall be made to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping / not ready shall be shipped once they become available. Also please note that your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation dose not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of RusTeak’s offer to sell . RusTeak reserves the right at any point of time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and we shall ship your order as it becomes available.
Return Products Policy:
Return a product only if:
- The Product you received is damaged.
- The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.
Email us at email@example.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving the product. After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the replacement products will be initiated. While returning the product please return in unused condition and with the original packaging. While returning, the logistics partner will do a thorough check of the product and may refuse to pick it up in case the packaging does not justify a damage free logistics. In such cases, post feedback, RusTeak will initiate pickup of the product only after getting it packed appropriately, the charges for the same shall be debited to the customer account.
Delayed Delivery charges:
For whatsoever reason, should there be an instruction for delay in delivery/ holding the product at our premises beyond the agreed dispatch schedules, a grace period of 10 days shall be applicable, beyond which we shall charge for safe custody of the product and holding the same in our warehouse. The same shall be applicable when communicated by us over email and the relevant dues will have to be cleared before shipping.
Exchange Products Policy:
Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Please check the “Explore” section to know more about what happens behind the scenes at RusTeak. All our products are handmade by our ‘woodworkers’ resulting in unique products which might be slightly different from each other. Our designs evolve over time and there may be some variation in angles, elements, accessories etc. compared to what is seen online. Each furniture being individually handmade may have minor variation in size, shape, and finish. Teak wood is natural and unlike engineered varieties each piece would have its own unique grains, knots texture and color which will be visible in the final finished product. Hence, the final color, grains & appearance may differ from the photograph or sample shown. Please raise a product exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Store credit will be issued if in the event you would like to exchange the product or you would like to return the product at your own will. A minor shipping cost might be deducted from your store credits in such an event. After an investigation by our customer care team a decision will be taken on case to case basis.
